When we heard about James Hoffmann's project, it was clear that LES RÉVÉLATIONS had to be part of it.
James is a reference in the world of coffee, barista world champion, entrepreneur, author of books and a Youtube channel on coffee, his contributions are always well researched and funny. More than 450 roasters worldwide have expressed interest in THE DECAF PROJECT, but only 58 roasters can take part.
We're absolutely thrilled to have been able to get our hands on a batch so that you can experience decaffeinated coffee in a totally unique way. It's a one-of-a-kind opportunity to compare different decaffeination methods and see how they affect the taste of coffee. And the crowd-tasting experience guided by James Hoffmann on 15 December will be certainly unique.
